Common Problems and Solutions for Pure Titanium Stirred Reaction Vessels

Pure titanium stirred tank reactor equipment is widely used in chemical production, but some problems often occur during use. Several common problems and solutions are listed below.
1. **Equipment oil leakage**
If oil leakage is found in the stirred tank reactor equipment, first check whether the seals are aging or damaged, and replace the seals in time. At the same time, check whether the equipment connections are loose and ensure that all connections are tight.
2. **Stirrer does not rotate**
When the stirrer does not rotate, it may be caused by the stirrer blades being stuck or the bearings being damaged. In this case, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and repair, the stirrer blades should be cleaned, or the bearings should be replaced.
3. **Inaccurate temperature control**
If the temperature control of the reactor equipment is found to be inaccurate, it may be due to a malfunction of the temperature sensor or an incorrect setting of the control system. Check and replace the temperature sensor, and reset the temperature control parameters.
4. **Excessive equipment noise**
When the equipment is running, excessive noise may be caused by wear or imbalance of equipment components. Lubricate and maintain the equipment in time, and adjust the equipment balance to reduce noise.
In general, for pure titanium stirred tank reactor equipment, it is very important to regularly check the equipment's operating status, maintain equipment components, and pay attention to operational details. Only by promptly identifying problems and adopting the correct solutions can the normal operation of the equipment be ensured, production efficiency improved, and the failure rate reduced.
