Product Description:
The alpha alloy contains a certain amount of elements that stabilize the alpha phase, and the equilibrium state is mainly composed of the alpha phase. Alpha alloy has a small proportion, good heat strength, good weldability and excellent corrosion resistance. The disadvantage is that the room temperature strength is low, and it is usually used as a heat-resistant material and a corrosion-resistant material. Alpha alloys are usually divided into full alpha alloys (TA7), near alpha alloys (Ti-8Al-1Mo-1V) and alpha alloys with a small amount of compounds (Ti-2.5Cu).

2. Technical Requirements
• The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bars shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.1. When repeated inspection is required, the allowable deviation of chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.2.
• The diameter or side length of the hot processed bar and its allowable deviation shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
After hot working, the allowable deviation of the diameter of the cold-drawn bar shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 after turning (grinding) and cold rolling.
After hot working, the out-of-roundness of the smooth bar shall not be greater than half of its dimensional tolerance.
The indefinite length of the processed bar is 300-6000mm, the indefinite length of the annealed bar is 300-2000mm, and the length of the indefinite length or multiple length should be within the indefinite length. The allowable deviation of the fixed length is 20mm; The length of the double shall also be included in the cut amount of the bar, and the amount of each cut is 5mm. The length of the fixed length or double length shall be indicated in the contract.
